NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Belmont women's golf team wraps up the regular season this weekend at the Jan Weaver Invitational hosted by Murray State at Miller Memorial Golf Course in Murray, Kentucky.
The Bruins enter this week's event after an 11th place finish at the EKU Colonel Classic last weekend. Freshman Katelyn Dunstan led the Bruins for the third straight tournament. She finished in a tie for 30th place with a score of 232.
Senior Emma Kate Liu continues to lead the team in scoring at 75.9, while Dunstan is right behind in second at 77.2.
This week's Jan Weaver Invitational is a two-day, 54-hole event, with 36 holes contested on Friday and 18 holes on Saturday. It will be held at the Miller Memorial Golf Course outside Murray, Kentucky.
The field features 15 teams, including six from the OVC: Austin Peay, Belmont, Eastern Kentucky, Murray State, Tennessee Tech and Tennessee State.
First round play will begin Friday morning at 8:00am CT.
