For our next installment of our Five Question Series, we check in with senior Jack Uselton

Jack is a native of Tullahoma, Tennessee and is majoring in business.  During the 2019-20 season, he ranked third on the team and 20th in the OVC in scoring with a 73.1 average.  He posted two top-20 finishes in seven events, including a fourth place showing at the APSU Intercollegiate. 

He also went undefeated at the President's Day Match Play Championship, helping the Bruins to the team title, and earning him OVC Golfer of the Week honors. 


How did you get started in golf and what do love most about it?

I started playing golf when I was very young. I started playing golf with my dad and grandpa on the course I live on. 


If you could play any golf course in the world, which you would you play and why?

If I could play any golf course in the world it would be Tara Iti in New Zealand. I want to play there because it layout is something I have never played before. 


If you didn't play your sport, what sport would you play & why? 

If I didn't play golf I think I would play tennis. I feel like I could do really well in tennis. 


What golfer did you idolize growing up and why?

I grew up really enjoying watching Tiger Woods play. 


What makes Belmont special to you?

The thing that make Belmont special is that everyone is friendly and everyone gets along so well.
