Spencer Rogers is in his first season with the women’s soccer team as a graduate manager. In his role, Rogers plays a crucial behind-the-scenes role in operations. He plans and executes all the travel accommodations, oversees all meal related needs of players and staff and is in charge of the maintenance and care for all equipment.
Prior to his position with Belmont women’s soccer, Rogers served as a project intern for Nashville Coaching Coalition and as a technical intern with Nashville SC. Before working in Nashville, Rogers served as a head coach and special trainer at the Arkansas United Soccer Club in Conway, Ark.
Rogers also served as the Director of Development for Soccer at Camp Winaukee and was the head supervisor at the Hendrix College Aquatics Center. He also served as a marketing assistant with the Arkansas Travelers Baseball Club.
A graduate of Hendrix College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in kinesiology, Rogers plans on receiving his Master of Sport Administration in May 2020.
