Jack Gray joined the Belmont strength and conditioning staff as a graduate assistant in August 2019. He works with women’s soccer, track and field, golf, women’s tennis and assists with basketball and baseball.
Prior to Belmont, Gray served as a strength and conditioning intern at Florida for two years where he worked with the Gators’ golf and tennis teams in addition to helping oversee men’s and women’s basketball weight lifts. He spent the past summer as an intern with UNC-Charlotte’s strength and conditioning team, aiding the strength staff with the regulation of summer training sessions.
Gray also worked a summer internship at North Carolina, assisting in the off-season strength and conditioning program for the men’s basketball team. He spent the Summer of 2017 at Total Athletic Performance in Naples, Fla., assisting in the training of multiple NFL players.
Gray earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology. He is working on his Master of Sport Administration at Belmont.
