Belmont Women's Basketball Camps 2016
Session 2: Thursday-Sunday June 16-19 (overnight option)
The Team Camp will have two separate sessions, each welcoming high school and middle school teams. Teams from Tennessee, Kentucky and Alabama have already committed to participate. Schedules for each team are customized to the level of competition, number of games and overall affordability. Typical team schedules are three games per day.
There is a per player fee as well as team fee for the First Session (June 1-3). For the Second Session (June 16-19), there is only a per player fee with an opportunity to be housed in a comfortable, air conditioned residence hall and fed in the university dining hall. All players and coaches at both sessions will receive a t-shirt.
Saturday: June 25
The Elite Camp, geared towards girls in grades 8-12, is slated for June 4 and June 25. Campers will compete with each other in games and workouts led by Belmont's coaching staff and players as well as learn about Belmont University, the recruiting process and various aspects of the college experience. The cost of instruction and insurance is $75. All campers will receive a t-shirt and an opportunity to compete for prizes at the end of camp.
BRUIN CUB CAMP
Monday-Friday: June 27 - July 1
The Bruin Cub Camp is a five-day fundamental camp for girls ages 7-14 and it runs June 27- July 1. Monday-Thursday 8:30am-4:00pm and Friday 8:30am-12:00pm. This camp creates a positive experience in learning the game of basketball. Belmont coaches and players will be on hand to create a fun environment to learn about ball handling, shooting, passing, rebounding and defense. Your camper will be grouped with other girls of similar size and ability. $240 covers the cost of instruction, insurance, daily snacks and lunch Monday through Friday. All campers will receive a t-shirt, a photo certificate and a season pass to all of Belmont women's basketball's home games.
